whether its a down ramper or not. its not far fetch for a micro stick to gain sp to 4c mark. if anyone has been doing this a long time they will have seen micro stocks jump to 4c off no news. its the oush to 10c plus which is more of a challenge imo. as long as the market cap doesnt become ridiculous than you are sitting pretty sweet.
