    So this should be the $1.1M ?

    @ .003 SP and proposed 373,000,000 issuance minus cash in the bank (accounting new raise) you would be valuing 9SP @ $2.5M

    I bought in when this estimation was putting 9SP at $10M value, how wrong I was...
