And in my post, I should have written "Entitlement Offer:" instead of "Placement:". I used the wrong word (which, admittedly, made my post a little confusing) but I am not confusing the Placement with the Entitlement Offer.

And I'm not guessing either. I'm going on the total number of new shares that are able to be issued.

118M (current shares) + 17M (from placement) = 135M

Based on 135M shares, 1 for 2 would be 67M+ new shares. But the Ann states it will be max. 33M from the Entitlement Offer. So it must be 1 for 2.

Also, under the Placement, 17M new shares will be issued and 8.5M options (1 option for every 2 shares). And the Ann. states that the Entitlement Offer will be under the same terms as the Placement. So it must be 1 option for every 2 new shares for us as well.

Sorry, I meant it must be 1 for 4 (not 1 for 2).

Should have said:
