30c would be very impressive, but with the in the money options it is probably more like a 24-25c raise.
I never like when they halt the next day after a supposed mega announcement... wreaks of "make hay whilst the sun shines" and options for me are a way of making the raise price look more respectable.
I hope the project has legs and this works out well - not at all commenting on the project - just don't like the way this has unfolded.
