Yes it's a disgrace and to award themselves shares at the same rate without offering existing shareholders a rights/open issue is insult to injury .
The only good thing to say is that they haven't given a free attached long dated option as well (yet) .
What an appalling way to treat long term shareholders .
Shares2 , you must work for the company if you think that 0.3c is not "all that bad" .
