You're analysis the other day is spot on. It's normal behaviour for an illiquid stock. Small values moving the price large amounts.
There isn't some Holla sized conspiracy with cloak and dagger buying and selling. Moving sells and toying with the queue. There isn't enough volume to be worth anyones while even looking at the stock.
An appropriate analogy would be seeing 5c on the street then analysing it for hours on end to see if it moves closer to the gutter each day. No sane person would bother.
