1. The Directors owned ZEPO's and Unlisted oppies prior to NOROC issuance. Do you know what ZEPO's are Doz? Hint: Zero consideration oppies. See 3Y: 30/12/20
2. "resolutions were proposed and approved at the AGM for both directors to participate in purchasing NOROC options" And how many did they take up? Answer: 0. Do you see any 3Y forms upon issue of NOROC? Nope? Me neither.
