This is a poor argument IMO. At that time, NOR had a much larger suite of products and therefore a much larger addressable market. They were also still in "Start up mode" you could argue and were therefore valued at a much higher premium. Management also had more trust and belief, that has since been massively eroded.

After 4 years of BS and disappointment, it will take a lot more to get the market excited about NOR in future. Anything short of an Ann with revenue and clear terms attached can just go on the dumpster fire pile that most others have....
