"too cheap".......What the.....??. Aside from the past 2 weeks, the issue price is higher than any other share price for DYL in the past 5 or more years.
Seems a pretty good opportunistic raise to me at a time that's caught everybody off guard with the increase in uranium equities.
It's a pretty good guess that there will be a reasonable pullback from this recent run, which may take DYL's share price a lot lower than the issue price. Seems a very smart move to me.
