the CR timing was fine much better now than a few months back the space has heated up Money was easy to get
Share price strong and a lot institutions needed to get there foot in without chasing the price
plus an early acquisition is much better now than later Much more expensive
looking at other jurisdictions Australia looks more likely
an announcement on the cards
