That is a pretty good reinsurance outcome given New Zealand’s increasing propensity for flooding, earthquakes and other catastrophes of late. And whatever a “Toka Tū Ake EQC cap” is, it makes sense to be wearing one with the sunny days of summer approaching :/s
I don’t think Tower has much exposure to commercial risk either, so all of the ram raids, retail thefts and armed holdups occurring in their major cities these days shouldn’t harm the balance sheet here, thankfully. Paradise lost.
