    There would be no room for complaint if the placement was made within a few days as is normal but instead they waited for good news and then placed it. I took my full allocation but if I wanted more post news I would have to pay 1.3 while a select group are being offered them at 10c. The question is, why the delay in placing the stock? Did they fail to place it earlier or did something else change?
