There is nothing good about this placement.

Feels like they've given it away for their friends to make a quick buck.
We'll be lucky to ever see 1c again.

This is why so many are leaving the sharemarket. I will personally never invest in the share market again.
Too many sweetheart deals and lazy/incompetent management overseeing company's just to collect a paycheck.

I'd write to them but at this point what's the use.
Wonder how they sleep at night.

More money down the drain on pathetically managed companies.
I only have 3 stocks and each one down over 80% mainly due to poor and incompetent management.

Never again.
