Agreed , big war chest now for growth as the company has over the last few months stated a few hints as to future upside.

They have cash already and have stated they are cash flow positive so this raise must be to fund some new contract opportunity ( super growth )

or

Make another acquisition

Cant see it has any relationship with standard working capital given the cash position and fact they are making cash.

Board are not going to dilute to see share price fall given they have so much personal ownership.
