Hey Bob, the options are free but investors need to pay 5 cents per share if they exercise before the end date.. Personally I hope they do exercise going forward as it means more money for the company and more money for me due to share price growth.. suggest you read again.. Dilution is minimal especially when money raised is used to expand company. You say you wanted a rights issue to all shareholders then you finish off saying investors beware due to court case result pending!! So which is it? Giovinazzo has only one action in the courts from what I understand , not "actions" as you state. I've heard this action was strongly defended by GPR and the judges decision is pending. Your advice on share price movement is again on show , you haven't been correct yet , as share price has gone from half a cent to near on 3 cents. Oh is that 6 times or 600 per cent.. maybe this is why you still hold your shares but advise others to sell!!
