you have got SML, so what you don't have binding offtake agreement. you have got SML and binding agreement, so what you don't have KFW loan, you have got SML,agreement, loan, so what you are not EBIT-positive company, and ultimately when you are in positive cash flow, then simply say, ahh you were right, congratulations. bbye.
I won't buy any downplayers' stories because they have a vested interest in them. If the above things start happening, SP is expected to go exponentially. so anyone serious about graphite investing will start investing before and as above things happen.
True that none of the above things have been realised yet but the truth also is the SP won't remain in cents once above things starts rolling. The choice is ours. we buy now or read downplayers and buy above $1.
