I agree with you. If we were asked as SH's to invest a month ago we would have thought it was too much, the SP would fall anyway ... so why help the company out, would be the reasoning, we'll just buy on market when it falls...

This way the SP is protected and ORD receive their money quickly, the SP can head north again. When the annual report arrives (soon) we will see what the new management has planned and from what I've been reading there is a lot of action happening here.
