Mostly tracking pre-Xmas DFS delay announcement SP level, I think that EMH was perhaps punished a bit harsher than the CEZ/BOD was anticipating ~ -50%, however it surely left a scar on KCs and BODs consciousness as the market and shareholders won’t forget that blunder anytime soon.
I surely will not forget and forgive the BOD for those 6-figure losses incurred in a single trading day.
I would also advise others not to forget. Measly day of +30% falls short of +100% needed to correct that grave mistake.
