if we scored say, 31, first, whats the pricing, is it WTI or Brent, say at US$70, i'd think production costs would be ~$35-40, say $40, thats $30/barrel. @ say 2500bopd for Sonangols share per day.

Block 31 would cost more than $5mill but way less than $50mill, IMO
