It’s done to keep the average price down so if a cr is needed for a reason, it’s an easy sell when discounting, there’s a big difference between the average price of .8 and .7 then add the discount,
just me crapping on at cricket but there’s some sense to this, us retail suckers won’t benefit from it though if it happens, discounted shares
