I'm probably biased here but from what I've looked into about altilium other then providing the license and the patent they don't seem to offer much value to their partners. So even if they do get some Indo companies to license the tech, all the work is going to rest on that Indo company.

They will have to pilot and refine the process, then start their own studies who knows how long that takes them.
