I got out today at 3.5c. They may have cash backing of close to 4c, but they have nothing to show for it yet, apart from a couple of leases that nobody else wanted and a seven tonne set of paper that has proved to be useless.
So yes they have 4c, but no clear plan (or at least nothing that would give you any faith) and you have no chance of getting the 4c back from them..
