Long term TYX holders will know the details of the company's past M and A history (I don't). ... I do know that history has a habit of repeating itself though, and I can see that there exists the possibility of another merger in the future (eg with AGS). Could be a win-win.
Just a speculation. That's the market for you. Shareholders are the last to know what deals are being done behind closed doors
