ZNO has never reached $3 (in the last 5 years).
ZNO was trading at $1.6 before they announced their results from COVID testing and in the day's following the stock rose to ~$2.2. ZNO also already had multiple international B2B deals covering years in advance.
I'm in no way saying this stock is overvalued at its present price, however saying it should get to $2 from this news is rubbish.
