I think your all getting a bit excited. Assuming the message is genuine it only talks about new marketing campaigns. The capital raising already stated clearly they will be aggressively launching to new geographies.
without any revenue or distribution deals there is nothing price sensitive in that and entirely consistent with what has already been advised to the market this week
