This is going to be a global multi-distributor model that will most likely have sub-distributors in regions like USA etc. It is absolutely unreasonable for one company to manage all communication but certainly have brand expectations, tone of voice etc. Only week 1 for the new PR firm I am sure it is on the to do list but not an immediate priority.
NatshieldUSA is obviously focused on USA the name gives it away....
Everyone needs to take a breather and look at the fundamentals and new focus under a professional firm.
