Could thermodynamics have also played a part in the decision making process to production test through the facility? Less chance of hydrates forming from pressure drops if piping in plant is larger and therefor a higher chance of a more accurate production test ? Perhaps also operationally and environmentally a better way to manage and stabilise pressure and flow rates and dispose of waste and byproducts such as hydrogen sulfide ? Interest officially piqued earlier today and probably a couple of derr! questions but there they are anyway !
