It's the same old pattern as all the other positive announcements - wait an hour, then dump a large amount all at once, rather than trickling them out with a bot like they usually do - and what a 'sensible' large seller would do. It's all about crushing any upward momentum and, thereby, crushing any additional demand (i.e. because people sitting on the sidelines continue to wait).
Just look at the recent string of positive announcements and compare it to the price chart.
