As you should know this is pretty much impossible without shareholder approval and why would you think they would approve so much dilution? Plus the strategic investor would have to be idiotic to subscribe shares at 30c when it could buy in the market for way way less! Plus agree not to do anything Strike didn’t like! dream on….
