I think it's odd that people expect the share price to equal the full value of the company, even though there is still a lot of risk attached. Valuations were 60c-70c a few months ago, things can change quickly if results don't go as expected. The other point is that if the company is worth 39c, why would someone pay that much when it implies 0 upside, and a lot of potential downside. If i think a company is worth $1, then I'm not going to pay more than 50c, because I want to make a profit. People seem to expect that if a company is worth $1, there should be people lining up to pay that much even though they have nothing to gain(and a lot to potentially lose) by doing it. SE-2/3 has shaken people's optimism about this company, it will take some good results to bring it back.

Well if you are going to pay $0.50 for a company that is independently valued at $1-, you wouldn’t be taking over many companies.
