    But the Walmart announcement had basically been made! Yes they couldn't mention Walmart but a blind man could have seen that the Tier 1 they were referring to in the announcement they released prior to the capital raising was Walmart. The only thing new in the announcement a few days ago was they mentioned Walmart by name and referred to 4000 boxes being sent (which nobody is really sure what that means).
