Just doing the sums on the percentages Citi and CS hold the following number of shares. Both are below the 5% so no need to announce any sell off. These figures are unlikely to change in the Annual report as I imagine RM would have been given the latest data. Would not be surprised if one or both have been selling since the last announcement.
