What I take from todays announcement is that a number of shareholders have been ringing and asking what are the outcomes of the conference. One page to address the main points and to say the progress has been made towards finalizing a deal, now lets get on with the job ahead. Expectations that SUDA has control over when a deal will be finalized is unrealistic. The fact that more than one company may be interested in the same product has to be a positive and is likely to see negotiations go back and forth until the best deal is put on the table. This all takes time but when a deal finally comes out with a $ value attached to it the tone on the forum will be quite different.

With regards to the share price it appears to be locked in under 4.5 for the foreseeable future unless +ve news is released. Since going under 4.5 some one appears happy to keep it there. Each time it has looked like heading north some puts it back in the box. My 4.1c for what its worth.
