Fair enough pogues, I was more to the point of meaning with what has been done to date (by PH), the focus will be on reshaping/reforming the business. Anyone that has worked in higher level management understands that all matters take time, especially when it comes to appointments etc. If they get that right, that's a big part of the battle. I'm sure everyone is on notice and I for one don't tar Hopper with the same brush as his predecessor..... No matter what's written on here, things will only change for the better if the right decisions are made in the board room, it looks to me that is starting to be the case...
