It’s simple, it needs something to put a rocket under the share price and the only short term fix for that is a large upfront payment or something that will provide good income in the not too distant future... substantial royalties could still be years off if ever.
Well done to management for cutting another deal.
Still, 1.5 cents seems miles away at this point in time.
