Credit where it is due, Carter has finally delivered a deal
That being said, the upfront were on the small side and probably not enough to really excite the market, the bulk of the upside here is in the development and back end, i.e longer lead items
What will really excite the market here is landing a deal on either the CBD or the cancer, but again it will need a bigger upfront commitment or shorter time frame to big milestone payments
