It is a small deal, the upfront fee that is, but it is still a good thing for the company. It shows that deals can be done. It looks to be a deal for the development of a product in a 'new' market (new for SUD). It confirms that PH has been busy over the past few months (while Exec Chair). It might form a reasonable revenue stream, and one of several revenue streams (hopefully) in the future. GLTA
