The EGM is 29 January - if shareholders vote through the resolutions put forward by the board I will probably sell. It will signal that nothing has changed - we will still be rewarding them for gross incompetence, shareholders will be diluted again and we will continue this 7+ year on year decline of negative returns.
* CAR-T acquisition blown up / fees paid to Hopper entity for exclusivity
* Can't find a distribution partner for Zolpimist in Australia.
* Put $2m in a term deposit and then raised $3m in a placement almost immediately afterward.
* Won't update on Zerlira status even though the JV date has expired.
* Ordessa JV terminated
And that is only in the last 3 months.
I won't raise it again after today but it is important shareholders take the time to vote on these once more.
