Raising again unnecessarily no more than 4 months later.
Id say they know it's going to be another long drawn out year DP with little news and a slow play finding this new asset so why not raise now rather than waiting 6 months and raising at 2.5c once again.
I think the departure of Carol says allot about all things in the pipeline. This is going nowhere fast.
