If someone a little more savvy could explain the following, what's the difference between the two mentioned dates 6th May and 26th April?
I'm confused, is it's a deal done if Veolia hasn't upped the bid by 6th May? Or is it Veolia has until the 26th April to up the bid, and then CWY has until the 6th May to counter offer it???
Any help would be very appreciated.
