If as a SLR holder you don't agree with the BoD value proposition then sell out now.

The merged entity will be lucky to produce the earnings SLR currently produce as the hedges will hold RED down for 2.5 years. SLR is the cash cow and red brings liability.

The BOD has to get the shareholders to agree to the merger (unless the hold 75% of the company). Your sell out now is rediculous.
