The merged entity is going to be a cash cow power house. If as a SLR holder you don't agree with the BoD value proposition then sell out now. You should have made a tidy profit if you bought well. If you think RED are getting the better end of the deal then buy them. Simple really. These merger deals are not just 1 or 2 blokes haggling at the pub. If you don't trust the BoD tell your story walking.

Imagine how SLR can accelerate RED operations while bringing on Sugar Zone and selling SLR Red shares on market post merger and applying this money to expansion, cost reductions, M+A............unreal really.

Unless there is a deep pocketed buyer lined up "selling SLR Red shares on market post merger" will only depress the share price for the weeks it takes to drip them through. I can tell my story by voting No.
