A "friendly merger" seems sensible, but can't see this at premium to EKA price as some think. EKA need more cash, so future potential dilution will enter any calcs. But a merger will be good for shareholders of both companies, and will ultimately lead to a takeover by a third party at a much higher premium IMO.
