New CEO appointed to take over in Jan 24.I guess positive news given that Mr Caspari went backwards. But cant help feeling that the new CEO's profile is not what is needed for this company-
- Experience is limited to mostly one company.
- Assessment domain experience in Language Assessment-
No real experience in scaling companies quickly.
JAN had a real opportunity couple of years back to establish itself as the assessment platform of choice regardless of content. But is could not shed its legacy business model and mix quickly enough or did not have the guts to do it. I will put JAN in the bottom drawer and hope for a takeover offer. Current management and board run the company like a slow growth company.
