@Dabble010, without seeing the fine print in the GR EPC legal documents, I'd say the 'contract sum' shown in the document you've posted is not a 'fixed contract sum'. There are usually always contractor cost variation claims that happen in the course of the project (for one reason or another). Covid-19 adds layers of necessity for including possible cost variations in the contract sum (rather than exclusions). It's unlikely cost variations aren't included in GR's EPC legal documents for the concentrator project IMO.
