Some people like to put themselves as authority on the subject. I like to know their credentials and their basis of valuation of an asset. The same person can change his own opinion anytime depending on whether he is holding or has sold out. I wouldn't take such a person seriously. This is a trader without any principles but to create fear and stimulate greed so that he could get the best out of a trade. Many of us who are investors also trade occasionally on a parcel, however we don't entertain that type of tactics.
