Completely agree, it is obvious that no investor in mining explorers is with out their failures. Most mining explorers fail in finding an economic resource and transitioning to a miner.
Nobody has stated that they have based their investment in this company off Tolga's involvement. It is good however to have somebody of his status and history of success investing in MXR for obvious reasons.
