I wouldn’t worry about a CR, they are not all bad. On a rising sp like this has had I consider an occasional CR as prudent. I am thinking the typical 15% CR they can do without our approval, which they will inevitably have to do at something like a 15% discount. This would raise them about $7 mm, heaps for the near term. Such a CR only theoretically diminishes the value of our shares by about 2%. In reality it’s just a necessary cost of acquiring the funds required for junior explorers.

I don’t post here regularly because early stage explorers aren’t my thing, but I got these via CZI. Just as I wouldn’t buy this due to not understanding it, I am not selling at this stage for the same reason. I”ll make a decision when I think I understand the value proposition.
