In my opinion:
FID by July / August
Production: 15 months from FID
Fair price / entry point: now
Market cap in 1 year > $1B
3 year: $3B
5 year: $10B

3-5 years market cap depends on too many variables that are still unclear, but judging by Bill's track record, vision and macro-driven battery material decarbonisation thematic = blue sky potential.
