    I'm surprised they settled for only $750k.

    IIRC they were the mob that had X amount of options with SSC, and they wanted them exercised when the share price was like 3.5c and SSC failed to do it, or voted against it or something.. So technically they lost like $3mil or something.

    This is very good news for SSC.
